At Seattle Birth Co., our mission is simple: to provide exceptional, personalized support through every stage of your journey into parenthood. We believe that every family deserves care that is compassionate, professional, and uniquely tailored to their needs.
Our collective was built on a foundation of collaboration and growth — doulas supporting doulas, so that together we can better serve the families who trust us. By working side by side, we ensure seamless support, unwavering backup, and a wealth of shared knowledge and experience.
We are committed to walking with you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, creating a safe and empowering space where families thrive and doulas flourish together.
Our team is made up of passionate, professionally trained doulas who are also Mothers. We don’t just understand this journey — we’ve live it. Combined we have over a decade of Birth Work experience and over two decades of Motherhood experience. That’s why we show up with not only knowledge and experience, but deep compassion, real presence, and genuine care.

2. You Choose Your Doula — No On-Call Rotation
Unlike many group practices (or agencies), we don’t rotate doulas or use an on-call system. The doula you choose is the one who will support you throughout your entire experience. This allows for a deeper connection and consistent care. If an emergency arises, your doula has a trusted partner on the team ready to step in as backup—qualified, informed, and available even on short notice.
3. Diverse Team to Fit Your Preferences
We know that every family is different. Having a variety of doulas on our team ensures you can find the one you connect with most. Whether you’re looking for a certain personality, cultural background, or area of expertise, we help match you with the right fit. Even if you are looking for a doula last minute and struggling to find someone with an open calendar.

All of our doulas are fully trained, certified, and committed to the highest standards of care. We continually share knowledge and resources within the team to ensure every client receives well-rounded, evidence-based support though our monthly meetings and daily communication as a team.

Life happens—and if your primary doula is ever unable to attend a meeting or birth, you can rest easy knowing that a qualified backup from our team is always available. This provides continuity of care and true peace of mind. Our doulas offer complimentary meet and greet meetings with all of our partners clients, just in case ◡̈
