TWO Prenatal Meetings - in the comfort of your home or a coffee shop. To help us get to know one another, talk about your Birth Preferences, create a Birth Plan, prepare for Labor!
Continuous in person Birth Support on your Big Day + a Doula bag with coping tools, labor positions & protocols, physiological, emotional support for you and your partner. Advocacy.
Back up Doula (just in case!). You will always be in the know for who is showing up to your birth! We work as a team and are very aligned in how we serve families.
Postpartum Support Immediately after your delivery - nutrition, lactation support, golden hour, advocacy, postpartum recovery
Postpartum Visit - a Doula will to your home and help you process your Birth, assess your recovery, help to set up the routine with your baby and answer any questions.
Access to our educational resources & partners we are happy to connect you with the best providers for body work, lactation, mental health, provide packing lists, help with the registry, educational materials, etc. You can also lend a book from our growing Doula Library!
Advocacy for your family throughout the whole experience - We represent the interests of your family at all times and are employed directly by you.

Investment
On average the price of the Birth Doula Package within our team is anywhere from $2500-4000 depending on the Doulas expertise level and packages. Please inquire with each doula individually.
We are happy to help you find a Doula that fits your budget and assist any insurance reimbursement processes! We work with many insurances including Medicaid, CARROT, Regence, Athem, etc!
