Meet Tatiana (Tanya), my wonderful partner and a dedicated mother of two. With five years of experience as a doula and in depth understanding of Spinning Babies Practices, she offers professional and personalized birth support. Fluent in both English and Russian, Tanya’s approach to birth is centered around empathy, education, and advocacy. She believes every woman deserves a calm, non-judgmental, and caring presence during one of life’s most transformative experiences. Her intuitive, personalized care adapts to each family’s unique journey, fostering trust and open communication. To Tanya, being a doula is more than a job—it’s a calling and an honor to support each birth. She also loves fostering community by bringing moms together.

Tanya and I both serve our own private clients, back each-other up for births and offer joined doula care for families who want to develop a relationship with both doulas and be confident in their back up support. We love attending births together and collaborate beautifully every step of the way, supporting families and sharing our expertise and knowledge. We love hosting local events to bring moms together for education and community building.

Meet my trusted partner Doula!
