Childbirth Education That Prepares You for Real Birth
Private, evidence-based childbirth education for families who want to feel informed, confident, and prepared — without feeling overwhelmed.
There is no shortage of information about birth. The hard part is knowing how to apply that information when it’s your turn.
My goal is to take everything you’ve been reading, hearing, Googling, and worrying about — and turn it into practical preparation you and your partner can actually use. I’ve taken years of birth experience and distilled it into a clear, practical format that helps you understand what matters most — and actually feel ready to use it.
You’ll learn how labor unfolds, how to recognize when it’s time to go in, how to work with your body through movement and comfort techniques, and how your partner can support you with confidence. We’ll also cover pain management, common interventions, induction, cesarean birth, postpartum recovery, and how to make informed decisions if your birth takes an unexpected turn.
Most partners want to help. They just don’t always know exactly how.
We’ll make sure your support person understands what labor may look like, how to recognize what you need, when it may be time to go to the hospital, and how to use movement, positioning, and comfort techniques to support you.
They’ll also learn how to stay grounded when plans change, help you think through decisions, and know when to step in — and when simply being close is exactly what you need.
The goal is for both of you to walk into birth feeling more prepared, connected, and confident as a team.

Hello Positive Hospital Birth!
Prepare for the hospital without giving up ownership of your birth.
Designed for families planning a hospital birth who want to understand both the natural physiology of labor and the medical environment around them.
We’ll prepare you and your partner for labor, pain management, common interventions, induction, decision-making, cesarean birth, postpartum recovery, and how to communicate confidently with your care team.
Ideal for: first-time parents, hospital births, inductions, and families who want a balanced understanding of both physiological birth and medical options.
VBAC Mama!
A previous cesarean can leave you with more questions and desire to be prepared the second time around.
This VBAC-focused course helps you understand the physiology, evidence, risks, options, provider conversations, labor strategies, and decision-making that can shape a vaginal birth after cesarean.
We’ll also talk honestly about the emotional side of preparing for birth again and what to do in case of a repeat Caesarean.
Ideal for: families considering or planning a VBAC who want individualized preparation, confidence and practical support.
