Karly brings over two decades of nursing experience and a lifelong passion for caring for others. Her journey began after open heart surgery as a teen, which inspired her to support people in their most vulnerable seasons. Over the years, she has worked in the ICU, as a school nurse, and in home infusion therapy — all while raising three children with her husband and fostering for six years before adopting two siblings.

Her heart for mothers and babies eventually led her into lactation care. As a clinic nurse and lactation consultant for a Midwifery group, Karly helped launch and grow a thriving lactation program while completing the rigorous training to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). After moving to Idaho, she founded Nourish Lactation and Wellness, where she continues to serve families.

Now joining Seattle Birth Co., Karly is available virtually for prenatal and postpartum lactation support — offering compassionate, skilled guidance for any of your breastfeeding and infant feeding needs, in the comfort of your own home!
