Postpartum Doula - DONA International Trained
I am a DONA International–trained Postpartum Doula, and I received my education at Bastyr University. It is truly my honor and passion to serve families in their most vulnerable days after birth. As a mom of three grown children, I understand both the beauty and the challenges that come with those early weeks. I take great joy in caring for your baby, supporting your recovery, and helping your family find balance and confidence as you settle into new routines.
Before becoming a doula, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where I developed a deep love for caring for others with gentleness and respect. That same heart now guides my work with new families. I always prioritize your baby’s safety and well-being and have continued my education in Infant Safety and CPR Certification to ensure I can provide the highest standard of care.
Studies show that families supported by a postpartum doula experience lower rates of postpartum depression and anxiety, greater breastfeeding success, and smoother transitions into parenthood. My goal is to be that steady, reassuring presence that helps you rest, recover, and truly enjoy this time. I offer flexible scheduling options to fit each family’s unique needs, whether you need overnight care, daytime support, or just a few hours to rest and reset.
In my spare time, I love to read and take long walks along the beautiful trails of the Pacific Northwest — they remind me of the calm, grounding energy I hope to bring into each family’s home.
